Preparation for Laser Treatment
For your first treatment
Please shave the area using hair conditioner, not shaving cream, not soap, three to four days before the treatment. DO NOT SHAVE YOUR FACE.
Four to six weeks between the first and second treatment and shave four to seven days before.
NOW WE’LL DO A REASSESSMENT to determine how you are doing and what the progress of your treatments is.
You need an average of eight treatments to be hair free and then an average of three touch-ups, three months apart. At a much lower cost.
The darker your skin is, the more treatments you will require therefore if you have very dark skin your average is twelve treatments.
- If you suffer from ingrown hairs or skin irritation; you may get a prescription to put in your file. After which, you can claim it on your insurance and if you don’t have insurance, you can claim it on your tax return as a medical expense just as you claim you medical and dental.
- Always bring your razor with you for your treatment. (Just in case you miss some spots)
